QuickScan PDF Viewer ("the app") lets you scan pages with your device camera and view PDF documents. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your choices.
2. Information the app collects
Camera images (on-device)
- When you capture pages, the photos are processed locally on your device and saved as image files or PDFs.
- The app does not automatically upload these images or PDFs to any server controlled by the developer.
Files you open
- When you browse and open PDFs, the app reads those files from your device storage only to display them.
- The paths to recently opened PDFs may be stored locally on your device to show a “Recent PDFs” list.
Local preferences
- The app may store simple settings on your device (for example, theme or recent files) using local storage mechanisms (such as SharedPreferences).
Advertising data
- The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display ads.

- Recent file entries and settings are stored locally and can be cleared by uninstalling the app or deleting the app’s data from your device settings.

- You can delete PDFs and images generated by the app at any time using your device’s file manager.
- You can clear app data from your device settings to remove recent files and preferences.
- You can limit ad personalization via your Google account or device ad settings.
